No Chains was created after finally getting out of a 29 year marriage with a narcissist. I had forgotten that life could be peaceful, I had forgotten that fighting every single night wasn't suppose to be normal. But it became my new normal, for 29 years! I had forgotten that I shouldn't have to live my life in fear. I no longer live this way! Finally after 29 years! If you've ever been there, or are still there, I hope my music inspires you.
